To create or use a wallet, SwiftEx does not require personal information such as:

SwiftEx does not collect, access, or store:

• Private keys
• Recovery phrases
• Wallet credentials

Wallet information is generated and stored locally on your device.

To operate and improve the App, SwiftEx may collect and process limited technical data such as:

• Anonymous usage diagnostics

If you enable push notifications, SwiftEx or its service providers may process a device push notification token to deliver notifications related to app functionality, security, or service updates. Push notification permissions can be managed through your device settings.

If analytics or diagnostic tools are used, they are configured to minimize data collection and avoid linking technical data with personal identity.

Transactions occur on public blockchain networks and may be visible to anyone. SwiftEx does not control blockchain data and does not link wallet activity to personal identity.

SwiftEx may provide access to third-party services, including but not limited to:

• Fiat on-ramp/off-ramp providers (for converting between fiat and crypto)
• Decentralized protocols (for swaps, bridges, staking, etc.)
• Blockchain networks and nodes
